FLIGHT 001
FLIGHT 001 is a business established in 1999, a chain of customized and innovative shops, designed to look like the inside of an 747 jet airliner.
The business started from an idea of the two founders, John Sencion and Brad John, who imagined during a flight a shop for those who spend too much time preparing for travelling.
They asked for:
The customer wanted us to build a representative online shop for the business. The ecommerce FLIGHT 001 project was developed in Magento.
In terms of complexity, FLIGHT 001 is a medium to big sized project, a real challenge. The services we provided include customized design, integration of various modules that meet customer’s requirements and implementing the necessary functionalities for a measurable result.
Functionalities
From customized design to integration with third-party services, multiple functionalities have been implemented and integrated into the site: language targeting based on the geographic location of the user, listing and detailing the physical stores, customized forms, customized creation of a user account based on a scanned and emailed proof.
Also, the implementation of a module that gives the user the possibility to choose product packaging; the integration of blog, quiz, Amazon Payments, and MailChimp modules, as well as of another module that allows the visual management of products.
Design
Our team was involved in creating the customized design of the online store, based on the current requirements, but also on the customer's needs.
